Advantage Wellness Center describes medical weight-loss care in Mount Vernon and telehealth within Washington. Its published program combines compounded medication, clinical oversight and body-composition scans, but uses dose-based pricing without a complete numeric schedule on the pages checked. The clinical-network names also differ between its service copy and terms.
We checked the program, value page and terms on October 15, 2026. We did not visit, verify the named pharmacy or assess scan accuracy. This review examines the advertised arrangement and the information needed to compare it with another clinic.
The quick read
- The program advertises Washington telehealth and a Mount Vernon location.
- Medication prices increase with the prescribed tier; no fixed total was verified.
- The site names VitaScripts Pharmacy and uses different clinical-network names on different pages.
A regional clinic and telehealth option
The medical-weight-loss page lists a Mount Vernon address and says the clinic offers telehealth in Washington. That is not evidence of service in other states. Confirm the actual clinician, where you may be located for the visit and how in-person assessments fit a remote program.
The stated inclusions are useful but need a price
The page describes compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, a physician consultation, ongoing oversight, three 3D body scans and personalized nutrition and behavior strategies. It says medication and dispensing fees are included and no contract is required. It also says medication pricing increases with the prescribed tier. We did not establish a complete numerical schedule, so no invented starting price appears here.
Body-composition tracking is a service, not an outcome guarantee
The value page emphasizes tracking body composition and supporting muscle preservation. We did not evaluate the scanner, validate its measurements or establish patient outcomes from using it. Ask how the measurements inform clinical decisions, when the included scans occur and whether a remote patient needs separate local visits to use that feature.
Clarify the clinical-network identity
The program page says MDSide facilitates online healthcare, while the terms identify StaffMD as the telemedicine network. The terms page’s URL and browser title also reference Washington Trim Clinic, while its body names Advantage Wellness Center. These inconsistencies do not establish that the clinics are the same business. Confirm the contracting entity and responsible clinical group for the actual appointment.
Pharmacy disclosure is a starting point for verification
The site names VitaScripts Pharmacy in Tampa as a partner. We did not independently verify that pharmacy’s license or establish that it fills every prescription. Request the assigned pharmacy and formulation. FDA explains the distinction for compounded drugs; the clinic’s use of medical-grade language does not create FDA approval or verify clinical equivalence.
Our assessment: obtain one complete, consistent agreement
Advantage describes a substantial care bundle, but a complete quote, the clinical-network identity and the applicable cancellation rules remain essential. We did not establish a prescription-refund entitlement from the checked service pages. Ask which visits, scans, laboratory charges and medication quantities are included and what happens when treatment stops. Compare that written arrangement using the cost guide, without treating lower-dose marketing as a personalized treatment recommendation.
