GLP Fieldguide provides public information and city search. This version of the site does not ask you to create an account, submit a medical history, or complete a treatment application.
City search
The city or town text you enter is sent to this site’s search endpoint to return matching places. Please do not enter private health information. The application does not store a search history or collect your precise device location.
Technical data
Hosting and network providers, including Vercel and Cloudflare, may process technical request data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. This application does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or account cookies.
Leaving this site
Provider links lead to other websites. CoreAge Rx promotional links include campaign tags identifying the source page. External sites have their own privacy practices, and any information you submit there is handled under their policies. A map-search link sends the displayed city and search category to Google Maps.
Changes
This notice includes the contact form added October 1, 2026. The contact form is described below. If accounts or additional analytics are introduced, this notice should be updated to explain those features.
Messages to the publication
When you use our contact form, your name, email address, selected topic and message are sent through EmailBump to this publication’s inbox so we can read and respond. Your email address is used as the reply address. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to check for automated abuse. Please leave out medical records, prescription details and payment information. Contact us for a privacy request about information you have sent to this publication.
