Membership and medication bundles are different offers.

We checked AM Rx’s public program and billing information on September 20, 2026. This review separates published terms from details that still require a personal quote; availability and offers can change.

The quick read

  • Membership and medication bundles are different offers.
  • The general FAQ lists a $39 introductory membership and a $135 standard monthly fee. The weight-loss FAQ excludes GLP-1 medication from that membership, while listing separate bundles: semaglutide at $217 initially then $297 monthly, and tirzepatide at $349 initially then $449. The FAQ also quotes medication-only savings for three-month purchases; those are another offer.
  • Am I buying care membership or a Doctor + GLP-1 bundle, and what are the full first payment, recurring payment and ineligibility refund?

The care model

AM Rx describes online assessment, coaching and insurance coordination. Its public materials distinguish a care membership from Doctor + GLP-1 bundles that include prescribed compounded medication. Branded-medication coverage depends on the insurer and clinical eligibility; a low copay example is not a universal cash price.

Published price and what it covers

Compare the amount due today and the recurring charge over the same period. Include care, medication, laboratory work and shipping wherever they are separate. Our GLP-1 cost guide explains that calculation.

Renewal, cancellation and open questions

The subscription policy requires cancellation before renewal through the account and generally excludes prorated membership refunds. Filled prescriptions are nonrefundable. The bundle FAQ separately describes an ineligibility refund, so ask which offer-specific promise governs your purchase and whether any clinical fee remains payable.

What matters when comparing this service

The landing page and FAQs show different promotional medication figures. Save the exact selected offer instead of combining the lowest number from each page. Confirm medication inclusion, normal renewal price and any higher-dose fee together; insurance assistance and a medication-inclusive cash bundle solve different payment needs.

A question to take to the provider

Am I buying care membership or a Doctor + GLP-1 bundle, and what are the full first payment, recurring payment and ineligibility refund?

Ask who prescribes, which pharmacy dispenses, and how to contact the clinical team between appointments. Request the payment and cancellation terms in writing. Our provider verification guide can help you check those responsibilities before paying.

Evidence and another useful comparison

This is research into public offers, not a patient-experience review. We have not enrolled, received treatment or independently measured service quality. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved, and evidence for an approved product does not automatically establish equivalent results for another formulation. Read our formulation guide and discuss suitability with a licensed clinician.

For another care or payment model, see our Zealthy review. You can also search the provider directory. The CoreAge Rx review covers our featured commercial partner; that placement does not establish clinical superiority.
