Starting package prices need a supply-length quote.

We checked Ascend Medical’s public program and billing information on September 20, 2026. This review separates published terms from details that still require a personal quote; availability and offers can change.

The quick read

  • Starting package prices need a supply-length quote.
  • The visible service cards show starting packages of $225 for semaglutide and $240 for tirzepatide. The captured title contains an older lower starting figure, and the readable package cards do not establish a universal supply period. We do not present these package figures as verified monthly totals.
  • How much treatment does the quoted package cover, and which visit, laboratory and cancellation charges are additional?

The care model

Ascend combines clinician-led weight care with health coaching and optional behavioral-health support. Its FAQ describes telemedicine appointments and fulfillment through a partner compounding pharmacy. Availability, clinical suitability and the support included in a particular plan need confirmation before enrollment.

Published price and what it covers

The visible service cards show starting packages of $225 for semaglutide and $240 for tirzepatide. The captured title contains an older lower starting figure, and the readable package cards do not establish a universal supply period. We do not present these package figures as verified monthly totals.

Compare the amount due today and the recurring charge over the same period. Include care, medication, laboratory work and shipping wherever they are separate. Our GLP-1 cost guide explains that calculation.

Renewal, cancellation and open questions

Ascend’s page describes purchasing medication as needed without a recurring subscription. Its FAQ asks for at least 24 business hours’ notice to change appointments and lists late-cancellation fees of $49 for family medicine and $99 for behavioral health. Confirm which category applies to each scheduled visit.

What matters when comparing this service

A package and an appointment can have different payment rules. Ask whether clinician visits, coaching, laboratory work and delivery are included in the quoted package or charged separately. The absence of an automatic subscription does not by itself establish that an order already sent to a pharmacy is refundable.

A question to take to the provider

How much treatment does the quoted package cover, and which visit, laboratory and cancellation charges are additional?

Ask who prescribes, which pharmacy dispenses, and how to contact the clinical team between appointments. Request the payment and cancellation terms in writing. Our provider verification guide can help you check those responsibilities before paying.

Evidence and another useful comparison

This is research into public offers, not a patient-experience review. We have not enrolled, received treatment or independently measured service quality. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved, and evidence for an approved product does not automatically establish equivalent results for another formulation. Read our formulation guide and discuss suitability with a licensed clinician.

For another care or payment model, see our Knownwell review. You can also search the provider directory. The CoreAge Rx review covers our featured commercial partner; that placement does not establish clinical superiority.
