Ongoing care, medication and later labs have separate prices.
We checked DadVantage Men's Health’s public program and billing information on September 20, 2026. This review separates published terms from details that still require a personal quote; availability and offers can change.
The quick read
- Ongoing care, medication and later labs have separate prices.
- The standard initial consultation is $250, described as including the first month of medication, supplies and initial labs. Follow-up care is $50 monthly with medication separate. Semaglutide is listed at $200 for four weeks, with longer-supply options; tirzepatide prices depend on strength and duration. Listed weight-loss follow-up labs are $150, plus $50 for a mobile draw.
- Which medication is included initially, and what will my follow-up subscription, next supply and scheduled labs cost together?
The care model
DadVantage describes a men’s weight-management program with an initial assessment, individualized planning and follow-up care. Its medication menu includes compounded semaglutide/B12 and tirzepatide/niacinamide. The same pricing page also markets a much larger executive package; that annual bundle is a different purchase from the standard weight-loss program.
Published price and what it covers
The standard initial consultation is $250, described as including the first month of medication, supplies and initial labs. Follow-up care is $50 monthly with medication separate. Compare the amount due today and the recurring charge over the same period. Include care, medication, laboratory work and shipping wherever they are separate. Our GLP-1 cost guide explains that calculation.
Renewal, cancellation and open questions
The pricing page says cancellation is allowed without penalties. It does not explain whether unused prepaid medication or longer bundles are refundable, or exactly when the next medication order becomes final. Confirm which first-month product the $250 initial package includes and how subsequent clinical fees are synchronized with medication purchases.
What matters when comparing this service
A multiweek medication supply and a monthly follow-up subscription operate on different clocks. Put both on a payment calendar and add scheduled lab work. The executive plan’s included imaging and annual care should not be assumed necessary for the standard program, and its price should not be blended into a basic monthly comparison.
A question to take to the provider
Which medication is included initially, and what will my follow-up subscription, next supply and scheduled labs cost together?
Ask who prescribes, which pharmacy dispenses, and how to contact the clinical team between appointments. Request the payment and cancellation terms in writing. Our provider verification guide can help you check those responsibilities before paying.
Evidence and another useful comparison
This is research into public offers, not a patient-experience review. We have not enrolled, received treatment or independently measured service quality. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved, and evidence for an approved product does not automatically establish equivalent results for another formulation. Read our formulation guide and discuss suitability with a licensed clinician.
For another care or payment model, see our Male Excel review. You can also search the provider directory. The CoreAge Rx review covers our featured commercial partner; that placement does not establish clinical superiority.
