Hamptons Center for Regenerative Medicine markets compounded weight-loss programs within a broader longevity practice. Its homepage advertises semaglutide from $139 monthly and tirzepatide from $149, with consultation, prescription care and delivery features. The important unresolved issue is how the selected offer fits the site’s different cancellation statements.

We checked the homepage, treatment pages and terms on October 15, 2026. This is a public-information review, not a patient account. We did not verify the pharmacy assigned to a customer, national clinician coverage or the advertised clinical outcomes.

The quick read

  • Starting headlines are $139 for semaglutide and $149 for tirzepatide.
  • Treatment FAQs say 30 days’ cancellation notice; terms describe a 48-hour auto-refill cutoff.
  • Trial averages and microdosing claims are not verified outcomes for this compounded program.

What the starting offer establishes

The homepage presents the $139 and $149 figures as starting monthly prices and displays higher crossed-out figures. We did not establish the duration of a promotion or the full checkout obligation. Request the exact payment interval, renewal price and any required commitment. The treatment pages describe flat-rate pricing without consultation or dose-change surcharges, which should be confirmed for the selected offer.

The advertised clinical arrangement

The semaglutide page describes online or Long Island evaluation, clinician-directed treatment, structured check-ins, secure messaging and medication prepared by partner compounding pharmacies. The site advertises nationwide telehealth, but we did not independently verify eligibility in every state. Confirm the prescriber, physical-location requirements and pharmacy for your own consultation.

The cancellation statements need reconciliation

The treatment-page FAQ says memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. The terms instead describe disabling auto-refill at least 48 hours before the monthly processing date and charging recurring orders every 30 days. The homepage also says cancel anytime. These may address different arrangements, but the pages do not establish which rule governs an individual order. Ask for written clarification before enrolling.

Refunds are more specific than stopping renewal

The terms allow an initial cancellation request within 24 hours only if the provider network has not yet received the order. They list limited refund situations, including an unshipped order and a provider declining to prescribe, and describe a 48-hour reporting window for wrong or damaged items. This sits alongside the treatment FAQ’s statement that processed prescriptions and begun services are nonrefundable. Do not assume that turning off renewal reverses an existing purchase.

Published trials do not validate this formulation

The pages reference semaglutide and tirzepatide trials while describing compounded preparations and separate microdosing programs. We did not establish trials of the actual formulations dispensed here or validate the website’s projected timeline. FDA distinguishes compounded drugs from approved medicines. A clinical average should not become a prediction for this program or a particular reader.

Our assessment: inspect the contract as closely as the price

Hamptons publishes a substantial care description, but its cancellation and refund language needs a program-specific answer. The promised free two-to-three-day shipping is not a measured end-to-end time from intake or a clinician-response guarantee. Use the provider-check guide to confirm identities and responsibilities, and save the chosen quote with the governing cancellation policy. We assign no clinical or customer score.
