Healthy Living Clinic’s current homepage promotes two tirzepatide prices: $99 monthly for its microdose plan and $149 for its other advertised tier. However, another public FAQ still describes a higher standard tier, and the refund policy contains different statements about when an order becomes final. Those discrepancies are central to this review.

We checked the homepage, FAQ, terms and refund policy on October 15, 2026. We did not purchase treatment, verify a clinician or pharmacy license, or test support. We report the conflicting statements instead of selecting whichever price or refund promise looks most favorable.

The quick read

  • The homepage advertises $99 microdose and $149 standard tirzepatide plans.
  • The FAQ also lists a $199 tirzepatide tier and $149 semaglutide.
  • Cancellation requires advance notice; refund cutoffs conflict within the policy.

The homepage gives two current tirzepatide prices

The homepage describes $99 and $149 monthly tirzepatide plans, with medicine, doctor consultation, syringes and shipping included. It advertises no membership fee and no long prepaid commitment. A table says one month is due today, despite other copy saying nothing is paid upfront. Confirm when payment is taken and which offer appears in the actual checkout.

The FAQ has a different tier structure

The GLP-1 FAQ lists $99, $149 and $199 tirzepatide tiers, plus semaglutide at $149 monthly. It also says microdose orders ship as a three-month supply while billing monthly. These are not the same two-tier descriptions shown on the homepage. We have not assumed the $199 tier is obsolete or that the $149 headline covers every prescription. Request the exact medication, quantity, shipment interval and price in writing.

Stopping renewal requires advance notice

The terms describe cancellation at least five days before the next scheduled shipment. The refund policy refers to five days before the next billing date and says recurring charges continue even if required medical information is incomplete. Confirm both dates and save cancellation confirmation. The homepage’s portal-cancellation promise does not erase a processing cutoff.

The refund page contains incompatible cutoffs

One section says cancellation after approval may receive a refund if the order can be stopped before processing or transit. Another says approval itself makes the prescription final and nonrefundable. The page also describes a full refund when a clinician finds treatment inappropriate before prescribing. Because these statements do not establish one consistent cutoff, do not assume an approved but unshipped order is refundable. Ask which written rule governs the selected purchase.

Treat shipping and clinical claims as separate questions

The homepage advertises delivery in three to five business days; the FAQ describes shipping within one to two business days after approval. Dispatch and delivery are different stages, and we did not measure either. The site identifies its products as compounded. FDA’s explanation makes clear that they are not FDA-approved medicines. A microdose label does not independently demonstrate improved tolerability or effectiveness.

Our assessment: get the discrepancies resolved first

Healthy Living provides detailed public prices and an accessible policy trail, but the pages are not consistent enough to support one unconditional cost or refund promise. Verify service eligibility where you are located, the clinician and dispensing pharmacy, and the selected quote. The provider-check guide helps organize those requests. This review assigns no clinical score and does not treat a certification badge or testimonial as evidence of product quality.
