MEDVi’s current home page describes online clinician-led care, GLP-1 treatment, support and pharmacy fulfillment. Its disclosures say MEDVi is not acting as a pharmacy and identify separate pharmacy partners. Promotional patient counts and testimonials do not establish independently measured outcomes.

What the price includes—and what to confirm

For a usable quote, write down the amount due today, payment interval, medication quantity, length of the commitment and next renewal. The decision that deserves a closer look
FDA published a February 20, 2026 warning letter addressed to MEDVi, LLC dba MEDVi, citing medvi.io marketing and misleading impressions about who compounded the drugs and their relationship to approved products. Our current commercial-page check was at home.medvi.org. Confirm the contracting entity and request its response; the historical letter alone does not establish the present resolution of FDA’s concerns.
Before the consultation
Bring one specific question to MEDVi: Which legal entity provides my care, which pharmacy compounds my prescription, and what documented response addresses the cited FDA concerns?
Also ask who will be prescribing, which pharmacy will dispense, how you reach the clinical team, and who handles a delayed shipment or a problem with the label. Request the payment and cancellation terms in writing. A customer-support promise and a clinical appointment are different services, so confirm how each works.
