Pay-as-you-go visits and monthly membership use different price tables.

We checked NP2GO’s public program and billing information on September 20, 2026. This review separates published terms from details that still require a personal quote; availability and offers can change.

The quick read

  • Pay-as-you-go visits and monthly membership use different price tables.
  • Pay-as-you-go care lists a $99 provider visit every three months plus medication: standard semaglutide tiers range from $150–$350 monthly and tirzepatide from $250–$600. Membership removes visit fees and lists semaglutide at $199 or $299 monthly and tirzepatide at $299 or $399, depending on the prescribed tier. Separate high-concentration entries need their own supply clarification.
  • Which pricing model applies to me, what does it cost including visits, and what is the deadline for stopping the next refill and charge?

The care model

NP2GO describes direct-pay weight-management care from nurse practitioners, with pharmacy delivery and follow-up. Its pricing page offers a traditional pay-as-you-go model and a month-to-month membership. The FAQ says the first visit is a face-to-face virtual appointment; access still depends on the patient’s location and clinician evaluation.

Published price and what it covers

Membership removes visit fees and lists semaglutide at $199 or $299 monthly and tirzepatide at $299 or $399, depending on the prescribed tier. Compare the amount due today and the recurring charge over the same period. Include care, medication, laboratory work and shipping wherever they are separate. Our GLP-1 cost guide explains that calculation.

Renewal, cancellation and open questions

The public pricing and FAQ do not settle the membership cancellation cutoff, refund after pharmacy processing or any missed-visit charge. Confirm the next billing date and whether the pharmacy order is processed earlier. A month-to-month label does not by itself describe how to stop a pending refill or recover a prepaid amount.

What matters when comparing this service

Compare care and medication over the same period. The lowest traditional medication rate excludes the quarterly visit charge, while membership includes a different check-in structure. Neither the cheapest listed dose nor the highest tier predicts what a clinician will prescribe. Ask which table applies to the actual plan and how later changes affect cost.

A question to take to the provider

Which pricing model applies to me, what does it cost including visits, and what is the deadline for stopping the next refill and charge?

Ask who prescribes, which pharmacy dispenses, and how to contact the clinical team between appointments. Request the payment and cancellation terms in writing. Our provider verification guide can help you check those responsibilities before paying.

Evidence and another useful comparison

This is research into public offers, not a patient-experience review. We have not enrolled, received treatment or independently measured service quality. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved, and evidence for an approved product does not automatically establish equivalent results for another formulation. Read our formulation guide and discuss suitability with a licensed clinician.

For another care or payment model, see our DadVantage Men's Health review. You can also search the provider directory. The CoreAge Rx review covers our featured commercial partner; that placement does not establish clinical superiority.
